When you loose security status you can fix it by killing rats. However when you loose standings with an empire by doing missions, there is no 'practical' way of fixing it... The only way i have seen is by doing MORE missions and then declining st...

If your corp doesnt PvP much to help you, then you can always join a PvP corp, doesnt mean you have to loose contact with your old one, you can still talk to them and can always go back to them later on.
